The portal keeps you up to date on your file as it moves through their process, you can check on your file at any time yourself, and they are communicative at every step. They can work really fast when required and are also very organized and thoughtful about everything. In particular, Ericson and Ashley are incredible. Ericson as the lawyer is always available for questions and he is a very approachable and kind guy. He is able to explain things in a way for us non lawyers to understand and digest and in my experience is always considerate and clear with his clients. Ericson is a pleasure to deal with.
